Technical Affairs Department Holds Introductory Meeting and Honors One of Its Pioneers
In an atmosphere of cooperation and team spirit, the Technical Affairs Department at the institute held its first introductory meeting, attended by the Board Member for Technical Affairs, heads of coordinations and departments, administrative staff, professors, and trainers affiliated with the department.
The meeting emphasized the importance of adhering to regulations and administrative hierarchy within the institute, as well as promoting a culture of teamwork and integration among departments.
There was also a strong emphasis on continuous development and training by providing internal and external training opportunities for staff.
This meeting is part of the department’s efforts to improve performance and enhance the efficiency of national personnel, contributing to the preparation of qualified individuals capable of serving the oil and energy sector in Libya effectively.
In a well-deserved gesture of appreciation, Professor Kamal Ahmed Tijani was honored during the meeting for his significant role in founding the English Department at the institute and his continuous support for advancing the educational process.
This recognition acknowledges the efforts of pioneers who contributed to building the educational institution and affirms the administration’s commitment to honoring excellence and advancing the institute’s strategic goals.
