Interested companies should submit a complete file containing the following documents: 1. A letter addressed to Sebha Institute of Petroleum Technology expressing the desire to register as a supplier of equipment, materials, or services. 2. Articles of incorporation. 3. Company bylaws. 4. Official extract from the commercial registry. 5. Business license. 6. Proof of registration with the Chamber of Commerce. 7. Recent tax clearance certificate issued in the name of Sebha Institute of Petroleum Technology. 8. Bank account confirmation letter issued by the bank. 9. Proof of company premises ownership or lease agreement. 10. Supplier registry certificate for supply companies. 11. Latest approved financial statement. 12. Statistical code. 13. Authorization letter from the company to complete procedures with Sebha Institute of Petroleum Technology. 14.
